Meet Elizabeth Arnott, author of Detox Maintenance Recipe Collection
Elizabeth Arnott has been an avid cook all her life. An enthusiastic traveler, she has discovered many fabulous tastes and flavors on her globetrotting journeys, bringing home a collection of both exotic and down-to-earth recipes. Working within Detox Maintenance guidelines, combining old favorites with innovation, she has gathered inspiring and healthful recipes for every occasion, from breakfast to dinner, from quick and easy, to those requiring time and moderate cooking skills.
Elizabeth, who is from London, moved to Mexico in 2000. Today, she lives in Merida’s historic center where she plays violin for the Yucatan Symphony Orchestra—a demanding job that requires healthy life habits to keep up.
